Tasks
Fides Treasury Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications department you will be responsible for creating compelling content and communications to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English writing skills and be fluent in German with a strong background in communications and marketing.
Your responsibilities
- Create content for internal and external communications across various channels and for diverse stakeholders including copywriting and translation
- Ensure highquality written communications in both German and English meeting the high linguistic standards expected of a native English speaker
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Support website management and social media channels including content creation posting and community engagement
- Craft manage and dispatch newsletters contributing to engagement and audience growth
- Assist with the planning and execution of conferences as well as other company events
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in creating and translating content in both German and English
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience with a variety of marketing and social media tools
- Proven track record in email marketing and creating customerfocused content within digital marketing
- Ability to create content that aligns with the customer journey and sales funnel stages
- Prior experience in supporting broader marketing initiatives including social media strategies and online campaigns
- Handson mentality and a detailoriented approach
- Familiarity with SaaS technology and financial services is advantageous
