Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance flavor food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence we looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to become a part of our team.
As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in researching and analysing the global competitive landscape while examining internal data and systems to enhance reporting tools methods and processes across various functional teams. Youll be responsible for delivering highquality reports presentations and dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence tools; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role. You will deliver weekly monthly and quarterly metrics and reports for tracking and managing business performance while effectively managing multiple research projects and prioritizing them as needed.
Tasks
- Research analyse and summarize market reports trends and intelligence systemically to prepare actionable tasks for teams.
- Keeping a close tab on the product portfolio and competition benchmarking
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide realtime insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Preparing business presentations about products research reports for management and help in strategic planning
- Support business development and help to create efficient designs and solution processes
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience (23 years) working as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on digital platforms and data management.
- Proven experience in Power BI Excel SQL and understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data visualization techniques
- Relevant certifications in Power BI business analytics or data science would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present facts/details in a concise manner to technical & nontechnical stakeholders.
