Job Description:
Looking for fastpaced line cooks to join our team.
Must have experience cooking on aline.
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables butchering meat portioning products or preparing sauces).
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Execute all dishes with consistency and care.
- Grill Sautee Oven Prep
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Washing dishes & trash disposal.
- Arrive to work on time dressed in workappropriate attire.
- Catering knowledge preferred.
- Follow directions and instructions.
- Cleanliness.
Back of the House Employee Uniform Requirements
CLOTHING:
- Clean and pressed chef coat preferred. If unavailable a clean company appointed logo utility shirt may be worn.
- Black chef trousers.
- Black socks.
- Head coverings are required. (This helps prevent hair and sweat from falling onto the food you are preparing.) Acceptable head coverings include a chef hat a plain black baseball cap or a bandana.
- Black chef aprons will be provided and laundered inhouse for daily use.
FOOTWEAR:
- Black nonslip shoes only.
JEWELRY:
- Plain wedding band only. (No additional rings no bracelets no watches no necklaces no dangling earrings etc.)
