Job Title: Risk Management Analyst/Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented Risk Management Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying analyzing and mitigating potential risks that could impact our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills an understanding of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
- Analyze data and trends to assess risk exposure and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on risk management findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Risk Management or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in risk management compliance or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in risk assessment software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Risk Management Professional FRM) are a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70000 $90000 per year commensurate with experience.
- Additional benefits include health insurance retirement plans and professional development opportunities.
