Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The Private Equity Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firms investment strategies including identifying evaluating and executing investments in private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling analytical skills and an understanding of the private equity landscape. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement in the private equity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments including financial modeling and market research.

  • Assist in structuring investment deals and prepare investment memos for approval.

  • Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support for operational improvements and strategic growth.

  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop financial models and assess investment opportunities.

  • Analyze financial statements industry trends and market data to support decisionmaking.

  • Participate in negotiations and deal execution processes.

  • Assist in preparing investor presentations and reporting materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.

  • 35 years of experience in private equity investment banking or corporate finance.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling valuation and due diligence processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
