Job Description :
Handson experience with Avaya Communication Manager / Cisco / Zoom/Voice Mail Applications
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Avaya / Cisco
Ability to work closely with business and technology counterparts to understand enterprise objectives.
Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare operating instructions and procedures
Working with different Telecom Service providers and OEM vendors
Work on MDF/IDF cabling and patching for legacy digital and analog phones for Avaya systems.
Problemsolving skills to identify and resolve telephony issues.
Daytoday operations tasks incident management and MI:
o Monitor and manage daily operations of Avaya systems.
o Respond to and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
o Generate and analyze management information reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
