Job Description
We are hiring Physical Therapist (PT) for one of our clients in Mitchellville IA.
Job Description:
The Client is requesting for a parttime physical therapist.
Basic Scope and Duties:
- Provides treatment services for patients as referred or prescribed by a medical provider.
- Develops individualized therapy treatment plans. Assists patients in exercise using PT equipment; administers gait training in conjunction with developed treatment plans.
- Evaluates progress of patients in relation to treatment applied.
- Instructs nursing staff and aides in administration of treatments.
- Instructs patients in care and use of prosthetic and orthotic devices as prescribed by physicians or in conjunction with treatment plans as developed by the.
Experience Required:
- We would like 35 years experience plus licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Examiners. No additional preferences.
Additional Information:
- Parttime would be 20 hours per week.
- Hours would be on the day shift MondayFriday but days and hours would be negotiable
