We are pleased to inform you of opportunities in Marketing with a PR agency in Mumbai.
JD :
For Marketing (Managerial and Head role) :
1) Strategic Marketing Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the firms goals objectives and the clients need to generate revenue.
Identify market trends competitive landscape and opportunities for expansion.
Define target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach them.
2) Cross collaboration and Revenue generation :
Work collaboratively with design and content teams to create captivating visuals and content that resonate with the target audience.
Coordinate and manage collaborations with clients and highprofile celebrities to enhance brand reach and reputation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers celebrities and other key partners.
Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
3) Team Management :
Lead mentor recruit train develop and inspire the marketing communications team to achieve their full potential.
Set clear goals and expectations provide regular feedback and recognize and reward team achievements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ROI
Use datadriven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
4) Giving brands an international association if needed
5) Secure a minimum of 4 collaborations per month for each client to amplify brand presence.
6) Tracking all marketing teams of publications for smoother associations in that space.
7) Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the firms brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
8) Digital Marketing :
Lead the firms digital marketing efforts including website optimization SEO SEM and social media.
Analyze and leverage digital analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
9) Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy including blog posts articles whitepapers and thought leadership pieces. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create
authoritative content that showcases the firms expertise.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a PR or MarComm agency.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles strategies and best practices.
Excellent analytical organizational and project management skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in working in PR agencies across sectors like Lifestyle Hospitality F&B Tech Business wellness digital banking CSR
