Job Description

Currently we are partnered with a premier manufacturing client in South Carolina in search of a highly talented HR Administrative Technology Specialist.

Job Summary:

Drive excellence in HR operations by supporting 650 team members in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this handson role youll be the key administrator for critical people processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Champion HR technology systems and processes to enhance employee experience
  • Lead administration of HRIS and time management systems
  • Drive compliance through proactive auditing and monitoring of HR processes
  • Partner with leadership to deliver datadriven insights and reporting
  • Manage employee leave processes and benefits administration
  • Execute recruiting onboarding and performance management processes
  • Support workforce planning and HR project initiatives
  • Serve as a key resource for HR policy interpretation and guidance

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in manufacturing HR administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellence in customer service and stakeholder communication
  • Background in regulatory compliance and policy administration
  • High school diploma required; relevant postsecondary education or HR certifications valued
