Job Summary:
In this pivotal leadership role youll drive operational excellence across multiple physician practices while implementing strategic growth initiatives that expand market presence and enhance patient care delivery. Youll have direct impact on the organizations ambulatory care strategy working closely with physicians and administrators to optimize clinical operations improve financial performance and enhance patient experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize operations across multiple physician practices driving both clinical excellence and financial performance
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand market presence and service lines
- Partner with physicians and administrators to enhance patient care delivery and practice efficiency
- Manage comprehensive P&L responsibility including budget development and financial performance monitoring
- Build and mentor highperforming teams across multiple clinic locations
- Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics and patient satisfaction scores
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance practice operations and patient experience
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
Within 1 Month You Will:
- Complete comprehensive organizational onboarding program
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders including physicians clinic administrators and leadership team
- Review current operational metrics and financial performance across all practices
- Develop initial assessment of opportunities for operational improvement
Within 3 Months You Will:
- Implement standardized reporting and performance monitoring systems
- Develop strategic plans for practice growth and optimization
- Begin execution of key operational improvement initiatives
- Establish regular communication channels with all clinic locations
Within 6 Months You Will:
- Show measurable improvements in key operational and financial metrics
- Successfully implement at least two major strategic initiatives
- Develop and begin executing market growth strategy
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization
Qualifications:
- Youve developed expertise in physician practice management through handson leadership experience
- Your educational background includes a Bachelors degree while an advanced degree (MBA MHA MSN) is highly valued
- You bring strong business acumen with advanced skills in financial analysis and strategic planning
- Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration mentorship and resultsdriven management
- Healthcare industry certifications such as CMPE or FACHE are appreciated but not required
