Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by connecting providers with lifechanging medications that improve patient outcomes. Youll play a critical role in expanding our reach and positioning Ruby as a leader in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers pharmacies and other B2B partners ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying prospecting and converting new B2B opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and phonebased product demonstrations tailoring the message to address client needs and showcase the value of our wellness products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams staying updated on industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics customer satisfaction and any emerging trends that may impact sales performance.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably within healthcare wellness or a related field.

Skills:

  • Exceptional phonebased communication skills and fluency in English with the confidence to engage with diverse healthcare professionals and present solutions effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets..

  • Proficiency in CRM software ideally GoHighLevel project management tools like Clickup and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional: High level of professionalism and adaptability to a fastpaced goaloriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications (if needed)

  • Previous experience working with healthcare providers or in the

    pharmaceutical/wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with antiaging products wellness trends or related healthcare products.
  • Additional certifications in sales customer relationship management or healthcare management are a plus.
