We are looking for an ambitious and driven Operations Generalist to join our growing team. This fastpaced role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats has a knack for problemsolving and thrives in dynamic environments. You will collaborate crossfunctionally and play a critical role in supporting business development gotomarket strategies customer success and more. If you love taking the initiative to build processes enhance communications and make a real impact this role is for you. - What You Will be Doing: As a startup this will be a fluid role for someone eager to wear many hats and learn all the business parts of a startup and be right in the action learning while doing. Were looking for doers actiontakers and people willing and eager to put the reps in needed to learn new skills.
Initial areas of focus will include:
- Customer Success: Making sure our customers are getting the best experience with our product and filling in where needed to assist with QBRs presentations etc.Answering customer inquiries swiftly and building up systems to preempt and offload requests.
- Business Development: When needed helping with strategic partnership calls and other business dev needs.
- MarketingWhen needed helping with PR and marketing launches of new products social media etc.
- Recruiting: Sourcing and managing employees and contractors as needed to help continue to grow our teamEstablish and manage ongoing processes and help maintain our strong company culture as we scale
- Processes: Manage various pipelines to ensure that we are meeting our SLAs and goals.
Requirements:
- 5 years working in an operational or similarly highly crossfunctional role.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Loves a fastpaced environment where theres a lot to do and a lot to learn.
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Extremely organized process and detailoriented.
- Exceptional communication skills highly responsive communicates succinctly and clearly.
- Available to work fulltime in our office in Redwood City
Nicetohaves:
- Industrial engineering degree.
- Experience reviewing commercial/legal agreements.
