This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday flexible between 8AM to 5pm Byron Bay NSW

Job Description
We re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations with a special focus on accounts receivables. This role offers a unique blend of financial expertise and music industry exposure. You ll be responsible for ensuring smooth financial processes providing critical insights and contributing to the company s growth strategy. Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivables ensuring timely collection of payments

Perform general bookkeeping duties including data entry and reconciliation
.
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
.
Handle payables and other accounting tasks as needed
.
Utilize Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
.
Significant experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferably 5 years
.
Strong proficiency in accounts receivables management
.
Familiarity with Xero accounting software
.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
.
Strong English language skills both written and verbal
