Job Description
Position Title: Special Education SelfContained Teacher
Job Type: FullTime Position
Setting: Early Childhood School Based
Start Date: ASAP
Our organization is excited to partner with a toprated Illinois school district to fill a fulltime Special Education Teacher position. If you re someone who values making a difference in students lives and thrives in a dynamic supportive environment this role could be perfect for you!
As the Early Childhood SelfContained Teacher you will create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners. You will work closely with parents caregivers and staff to develop strategies that address each child s unique challenges and support their developmental growth. The role also includes participation in districtprovided professional development to stay updated with best practices in early childhood special education.
Requirements
Illinois ESE K12 Teacher Certification
Bachelor s Degree in Special Education or a related field
Proven experience working in special education or similar field
