This position is located in ParsippanyTroy Hills NJ USA. Our office is conveniently located near major highways and public transportation making it easily accessible for our employees.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager at P.J. Fitzpatrick you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of home improvement projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients vendors and subcontractors ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules budgets and resources and providing regular updates to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple home improvement projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resources
Collaborate with clients vendors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards
Manage and resolve any projectrelated issues or conflicts
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to specifications
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Provide regular updates to the management team on project status and performance
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of construction and building codes
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
