Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team in NNJ. This individual will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products in and out of our warehouse ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers and job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations logistics and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming materials and products ensuring accuracy and quality Organize and maintain inventory levels including cycle counts and reconciliations Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products Prepare and pack orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for safe transportation Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and shipments Operate forklift and other equipment to move and store materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse adhering to safety and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies Assist with other warehouse duties as needed including loading and unloading trucks and general housekeeping Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other computer programs Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Valid drivers license and reliable transportation We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and development within the company Positive and teamoriented work environment Training and support to help you succeed in your role If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for logistics and warehouse operations we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with P.J.
