Job Description
KSI Auto parts is seeking a Transportation Supervisor that will be responsible for final mile delivery to its customer base. The role will require management efforts to ensure ontime execution fleet maintenance and communications with driving team and other departments as needed
- Lead a team of 12 drivers through any challenges that occur on shift.
- Supervise all aspects of the KSI fleet including driver fleet and compliance management.
- Liaison with operations team to ensure fleet meets operations KPIs.
- Maintains strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
- Verify and maintain HOS and DVIR program for the KSI fleet.
- Communicates with management on service or performance issues.
- Responsible for timecards vacation approvals and conducting performance reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 35 years experience in transportation.
- Excellent verbal written and auditory communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan and organize workload; flexibility to handle pressure and work with interruptions and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Additional information Compensation:
Salary rate ranging from $62000 $ 67000 based on experience
Schedule & Hours :
Monday Friday 5AM Start Time 810 hour days
