Urgent requirement of Onboarding 2.0 HR success factors certified consultants Contract Sydney
Requirements
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement customized onboarding strategies that align with client goals and company culture.
- Provide training and support to client teams on best practices and tools related to Onboarding 2.0 methodologies.
- Analyse onboarding metrics and feedback to measure effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in onboarding practices to enhance service offerings continually.
- Must have Onboarding 2.0 certification or equivalent is required.
Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
