Job Description
- Be the main point of contact for all guest enquiries with management of the Hotel Reservation Inbox and Telephones
- Utilise our Accor tools and liaise with the hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences
- Responsible for increasing and maintaining service standards and RPS
- Build facetoface rapport with our guests when carrying out reception duties during peak hours/ days
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Relevant similar experience in the hotel industry
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and everchanging environment
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office and Opera cloud
