JOB DETAILS:
Position: SAP Project Manager
Location: Lisbon or Oporto
Experience Level: Senior (5 years)
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As an SAP Project Manager you will:
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time on budget and within scope.
- Plan direct coordinate execute and control activities and resources for new and ongoing Finance Transformation projects adhering to SDLC standards.
- Ensure project timelines budgets policies and strategies align with organizational goals.
- Leverage deep knowledge of SAP Financials and the Finance/Treasury domain to lead crossfunctional teams and achieve project objectives.
- Drive alignment and collaboration within local and global teams effectively managing diverse crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against targets implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Communicate regularly with business and IT partners providing daily weekly and ad hoc project updates and dashboards to IT/Business PMO and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with expertise in SAP Financials and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage Finance/Treasury transformation projects in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems including Finance modules with a strategic understanding of their integration in global organizations.
- Experience leading global crossfunctional teams and delivering results in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Certifications (Preferred):
- PM/PMP FPX or equivalent project management certification.
- Six Sigma or Process Excellence certification.
