- Efficiently manage Staff Attendance using portal
- Employee Management on Portal
- Coordination with vendors and People for seamless operations.
- Provide excellent Customer Service Support.
- Managing staff Queries with respect to attendance and shifts.
- Oversee leaves and Payroll administration on Portal
- Update data on Portal of every new staff member.
- Handling of Customer Services Staff coordination and data entry operator assignments.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business finance management operations or a related field
- 3 years of related experience in client service or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
- Knowledge of financial products and concepts
- Ability to understand and articulate complex financial products and services in a clear and concise
