Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Contact Centre Agents with fluency in both Italian and English (C1 level) to join our team in Malta. As a Contact Centre Agent you will handle inbound and outbound calls assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues and provide exceptional service across multiple communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to work on a rotating schedule and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in Italian and English.
- Handle customer concerns resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends.
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and meet service targets.
