What Youll Do:
- Develop execute and oversee the creation of highquality visual designs that build on Datarails brand strategy and marketing goals across various platforms including digital and social media
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand/concept consistency while also innovating within those parameters
- Provide organization direction and support to design team members on design projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative vision
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and sales to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that meet business objectives
- Generate creative concepts and visual language that resonate with target audiences based on strategic briefs and company KPIs
- Stay updated on design trends tools and best practices to keep Datarails creative output fresh and competitive
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for design that reflects in daily work actively seeking inspiration from industry trends and innovations to bring fresh creative perspectives to the team
- Create and manage design assets ensuring proper usage and accessibility across the organization
Requirements :
- 5 years of experience in brand and creative services experience in the B2B SaaS industry
- BA/BS in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field;
- Proven portfolio of developing successful brand strategies creative campaigns and working with internal and external teams to bring an idea to life
- Experience working in fastpaced highgrowth technology companies
- Excellent technical design skills and proficiency in design and project management tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Figma)
- Familiarity and handson experience with Gen AI tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content/visuals
