Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled AutoCAD Technician with project management potential for an exciting role that offers growth opportunities. This position begins as an onsite role with the potential for hybrid work arrangements after the initial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD
- Manage building space software systems
- Update and maintain MEP drawings to current standards
- Collaborate with project teams on technical specifications
- Participate in project management activities with potential for growth
- Conduct drawing reviews and maintain documentation
- Perform site visits as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Experience with MEP drawings
- Basic project management knowledge
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
