Job Title: Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter
Job Location: Great Falls MT
Join our client in Great Falls MT as a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter! This dynamic role is pivotal in supporting the full scope of Human Resources activities including recruitment onboarding training and benefits administration. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure a seamless HR experience for all employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Support performance management and employee discipline processes.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 35 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
