What youll be doing
At Trinity Fire & Security we are looking for a 3 monthFTC to bolster our HR and training team during a busy period in order to help support our fellow colleagues and new starters. Based in our Abingdon Office youll be working alongside other members of the HR team supporting our colleagues across the UK.Whilst this role will be supporting with HR and training administration we do not require prior HR experience we are looking for administration experience that you feel you can transfer to an HR role!
Whilst ideally we are looking for a fulltime position we will consider parttime applications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training Administration:Booking training and updating training records and matrices for our engineering teams which involves liaising with our engineering managers.
- HR Administration:Support with our HR and recruitment administration processes which will involve interactions with colleagues and new starters across different teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the other HR team members to support where required.
