The Role
As a Year 5 Teacher you will:
- Deliver engaging curiositydriven lessons that inspire a love for learning.
- Foster a supportive inclusive classroom where each child is valued.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a dynamic standardsaligned curriculum.
- Build and nurture relationships with parents carers and the school community.
As a Middle Leader you will:
- Lead an area of school improvement supporting our strategic vision.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive staff development and curriculum enhancements.
- Shape wholeschool initiatives aimed at academic excellence and student growth.
- Model best practices and support colleagues in reaching their professional potential.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified primary school teacher with experience delivering highquality teaching and learning.
- Proven leadership skills or a strong desire to develop as a leader in a supportive setting.
- Passion for empowering students to reach their potential with solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
- Strong communication collaboration and organizational abilities.
- Ability to inspire and engage both students and colleagues.
