Job Description

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging curiositydriven lessons that inspire a love for learning.
  • Foster a supportive inclusive classroom where each child is valued.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a dynamic standardsaligned curriculum.
  • Build and nurture relationships with parents carers and the school community.

As a Middle Leader you will:

  • Lead an area of school improvement supporting our strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive staff development and curriculum enhancements.
  • Shape wholeschool initiatives aimed at academic excellence and student growth.
  • Model best practices and support colleagues in reaching their professional potential.

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualified primary school teacher with experience delivering highquality teaching and learning.
  • Proven leadership skills or a strong desire to develop as a leader in a supportive setting.
  • Passion for empowering students to reach their potential with solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Strong communication collaboration and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and engage both students and colleagues.
