Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:

• As a Year 3 Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of your class creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 3 pupils focusing on each childs individual learning targets encouraging their strengths and supporting their areas for growth.
• Developing foundational skills in literacy and numeracy through wellstructured and differentiated lessons as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Promoting social and emotional development fostering confidence teamwork and a love of learning in your Year 3 classroom.
• Monitoring pupils progress providing constructive feedback and communicating with parents regarding their childs achievements as a Year 3 Teacher.
