Key Responsibilities
- Provide topnotch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Research and deliver accurate timely responses to inquiries received through phone email and live chat channels.
- Utilize internal and external resources to offer exceptional service.
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Redirect calls to the correct departments when necessary and accurately document customer interactions in line with standard operating procedures.
- Identify and communicate emerging patterns or trends in resolved issues.
- Aim to deliver highquality customer satisfaction by ensuring all calls are handled professionally following the clients established quality guidelines.
- Follow company protocols KPIs and guidelines to ensure consistent and standardized service delivery.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration by working closely with colleagues supervisors and other departments to address customer issues share insights and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with common PC applications.
- Fluent in German with at least C1level proficiency; strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
- Flexible friendly and resilient with a high degree of independence and reliability.
- Excellent conversational skills fluency in the language and clear pronunciation in German.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of credit card systems is a plus.
