Requirements
7 years of background in software development
Proficiency in JavaScript React
Competency in backend development using Node.js
Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
English level
Upperintermediate
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers ensuring high levels of collaboration productivity and code quality
Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
Actively participate in coding development and implementation of frontend applications using React
Develop and maintain services
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other engineers to deliver highquality products
Perform code reviews provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices
Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
