Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish short and long term sales goals with a clear plan for scaling revenue.
- Build and manage a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation.
- Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive activity to refine the sales strategy and product positioning.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit mentor and coach sales professionals to ensure team success and individual growth.
- Define clear KPIs and ensure alignment across the team.
- Foster a resultsoriented inclusive culture that motivates the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximise sales outcomes.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance adjust strategies and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to key clients ensuring longterm partnerships and satisfaction.
- Lead highlevel negotiations and manage strategic accounts.
- Represent at industry events conferences and thought leadership opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- 10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in SaaS or legal technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Expertise in building managing and scaling highperforming sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and the challenges faced by law firms (preferred).
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Datadriven decisionmaker with experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
