Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers providing training and support.
2. Build strong relationships with customers understanding their needs.
3. Monitor customer health identifying potential issues.
4. Develop and execute success plans.
5. Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
6. Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams.
7. Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Conduct regular checkins and business reviews.
