Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Help patients improve their health and regain their independence.
- Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
- Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
- Address the whole patient and recognize them as individuals.
- Execute a program to restore reinforce and enhance physical abilities.
- Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in diverse work settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Prioritize patient care and provide highquality service in a compassionate environment.
Experience you will need: - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA and ACOTE standards.
- Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
