Job Description

Are you fluent in Polish and have a passion for leading sales teams We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. If you excel in driving sales performance coaching team members and delivering excellent customer service this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Team Leader Role

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Organise regular team meetings and sales training sessions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Sales Team Leader

  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B) managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resultdriven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
