Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design develop and implement machine learning models and solutions that will drive innovation and improve datadriven decisionmaking within our organization. This role involves building training and deploying machine learning models collaborating with data scientists and software engineers and optimizing models to scale across various applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning data science and software development with a passion for solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and enhance datadriven insights.
- Preprocess clean and transform data to build highquality datasets for machine learning model training and evaluation.
- Train test and validate machine learning models adjusting parameters and techniques to optimize performance.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
- Continuously research and evaluate new machine learning techniques tools and frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes methodologies and best practices to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer Data Scientist or similar role with a strong portfolio of machine learning projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java with experience using ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning and natural language processing.
- Experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and tools for deploying models in production.
- Strong analytical skills problemsolving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 1-2 years of experience in software quality control ISTQB Certificate is a plus Working experience in dealing with industry test management tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience in both Mobile & Web Testing. Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills. Strong knowledge in software testing types and techniques.
