Are you passionate about luxury design and exceptional customer experiences We are seeking a dynamic and personable Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team at our prestigious Milan showroom.
Role Overview
As a Showroom Sales Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our clients. You will work closely with architects designers and private clients offering expert advice on our product range sharing the Salvatori story and ensuring the showroom reflects our brands excellence.
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients understand their needs and provide tailored advice on Salvatori products.
- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by demonstrating deep product knowledge and promoting our design solutions.
- Showroom Management: Maintain a stunning showroom environment ensuring every detail represents the Salvatori brand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to provide exceptional service and meet customer expectations.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about our collections materials and innovative applications to guide clients in their decisionmaking process.
Requisiti
- A genuine passion for luxury design architecture and interiors.
- Bachelor s Degree and previous experience in sales retail or a designoriented environment (experience in the luxury sector is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- An eye for detail and the ability to convey the Salvatori aesthetic.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
