Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Laborer to join our dynamic workforce. This role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the smooth operation and overall efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated physically capable and committed to delivering exceptional results in a teamoriented environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of our product lines including Marvin Andersen ProVia and ThermaTru.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes ensuring all paperwork is accurate and clearly marked.
- Track and manage inventory returns and materials added to stock. Record and report any items returned from job sites.
- Assist installers by providing necessary materials onsite and work closely with the scheduling team to ensure all installations are properly staged.
- Maintain a clean organized and clutterfree warehouse. Ensure smooth warehouse operations and that there is always proper staffing.
- When dealing with clients maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid drivers license.
- No accidents DUIs or felonies on record.
- Capable of regularly lifting and moving heavy equipment (50100 lbs).
- Strong focus on detail safety and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
