What You Will Do
Assist in sales optimization by analyzing data related to Commercial and Operations activities.
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by supporting the generation of new leads and monitoring for potential churn.
Collaborate on process automation projects and identify areas of improvement.
Support the implementation and management of CRM software for both Commercial and Operations teams.
Provide insights and suggestions for product improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
Work crossfunctionally to contribute to organizationwide initiatives.
Help the Experience team in ensuring shippers and customers receive excellent service.
Assist in strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Support in complaint resolution ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
What We Are Looking For
Recently completed Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in data analysis and process optimization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions data analysis pivot tables and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
