Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive 360 Recruiter to undertake a freelance commissionbased assignment. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement efficiently navigating both client and candidate interactions. This role is tailored for selfdriven professionals who excel in a fluid performancedriven environment.
Key Deliverables
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking cold calling and relationshipbuilding efforts to secure business opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and placing them in client roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate fees terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Maintain and grow a database of clients and candidates ensuring all information is accurate and uptodate in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets based on successful placements and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Expertise
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar business developmentfocused recruitment role.
- Strong track record of securing new business and placing candidates across various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a commissiononly highperformance environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn ATS systems) and a solid understanding of various industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a fastpaced highgrowth company.
