Position Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to support our highvolume recruitment efforts. This is a commissionbased role ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches job boards and other recruitment tools.
- Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong longterm talent network.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
- Keep uptodate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in fastpaced sourcing environment preferably in an agency setting.
- Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Boolean search job boards and ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.
- Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a commissiononly environment where performance directly drives earnings.
