Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Recruitment Team Leader. In this pivotal role you will lead a team of recruitment specialists driving the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the delivery of bestinclass recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guide and support a team of recruiters by setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing feedback
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring the timely and effective selection and onboarding of quality candidates
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Leverage data insights to monitor evaluate and enhance recruitment metrics and strategies
- Optimize sourcing approaches across various platforms including job boards social media and professional networks
- Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and local labor laws
- Strengthen employer branding efforts to attract highcaliber talent
- Build and sustain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and trend updates to senior leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 35 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment processes especially in the BPO sector
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in German and Polish is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a clientfocused mindset
- Adaptability to a fastpaced highvolume recruitment environment
