Job description and key responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to strengthen our Nordic Support team. As a Support Technician at Grassfish you will work in a tight working support team with a high variety of customer tickets. You will communicate directly with our customers via phone and email troubleshoot and solve issues on a daily basis and maintain the customers journey with highquality support.
In our daily work we deal with both hardware and software and our platforms are supported by Microsoft Windows and Linux.
Experience in Windows environment is mandatory.
