Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist you will be a core part of the Customer Success Team sitting within the Customer Group. You ll serve as a knowledgeable resource in REA SaaS products managing customer inquiries proactively engaging with customers and working with Relationship Managers to optimize product adoption usage and retention.

Job Overview: A Real Estate in Customer Success!
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift (Mon Fri; 7AM 4PM); Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas (will transition to Hybrid after 6 months)

Helping Customers Find Success One Call at a Time
  • Act as a specialist in REA SaaS products offering support and best practices to maximize customer value.
  • Manage a centralized inbox of requests via Gainsight ensuring timely and thorough responses.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to alert them on product scorecards uncovering new opportunities and identifying risks.
  • Gather customer feedback for Product Marketing and Sales teams to enhance customer adoption and engagement.
  • Hit adoption usage growth and retention targets contributing to REA s strategic vision.
  • Stay informed on the Australian Real Estate market and REA s advertising solutions.
  • Conduct daily contact with Relationship Managers and customers through phone and video.

Requirements

Are You the Key to Unlocking Customer Success

  • At least 25 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in improving product adoption and retention rates.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proactive and reactive approach.
  • 35 years experience in technology or media sectors adept at grasping the products value to customers.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Tableau or Gainsight is a plus.
  • Willingness to report in Ortigas.
