We are recruiting for an incredible leisure brand that have over 30 sites in the UK and are still growing. They offer a fantastic product and have an amazing working culture and progression potential.

This is for a brand new site which is hugely exciting and gives everyone particularly the leadership team and real chance to make their mark and create something really special.

What will my role involve

• Managing the balance of costs and revenue within the food and beverage area of this new site. A track record of experience of this balance is required.
• Recruit lead & train your teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Plan organise and deliver events to drive revenue.
• Ensure safety compliance from the cellar to the kitchen.
• Duty Manager shifts across the whole venue.
• Delivering operationally brilliant environments that will make someones experience the best ever!

What do we need from you

• Experience managing high volume bar and food led unit. This could be a cafe high street branded restaurant gym/leisure centre cafe type environments.
• Experience managing costs wages and revenue streams.
• Experience leading & developing a team. This could be as a supervisor as well as a manager.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 Qualification is desirable.
• BIIAB Level 2 (Personal License) is desirable.

The Package

• This is a fulltime position shifts are based on 42.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday including weekends and late evenings. Flexibility is vital for this role
• A basic salary of up to 2627k
