Job Description
We are pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join our forwardthinking team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our company adheres to established guidelines and regulations fostering an ethical environment and promoting transparency.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor trading activities for any suspicious or unauthorized actions and review compliance reports and alerts.
- Organize and keep compliance documentation including policies procedures and regulatory filings up to date.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regulatory research to stay informed of any changes impacting the organization.
- Assist in organizing compliance training sessions for employees.
- Support the compliance monitoring program by assisting in reviews and investigating compliance breaches flagged by employees or systems.
- Work with colleagues to implement new or updated compliance policies organizationwide.
- Conduct due diligence checks on clients reviewing documentation to ensure KYC and AML compliance.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team during compliance audits.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a compliance department.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field.
- CySEC Basic or Advanced certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a goaloriented mindset.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong critical thinking skills.
