Job Description
Our esteemed school seeks a talented and enthusiastic Geography teacher to join our dynamic faculty on a temporarytopermanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire young minds contribute to a worldclass education and potentially secure a longterm position at a leading institution.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of geography critical thinking and problemsolving.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of geographical concepts theories and practical applications.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Geography department and contribute to schoolwide events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography or a closely related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience in teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and 4.
