Job Purpose
Managing the entire life cycle ofproducts from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Responsible for the development of promotional materials attending congresses andevents sales force training.
The position is office based but at least 30% field activity isneeded.
Key Duties andResponsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Head to develop sales strategies to increase current market share and improve visibility of products and the Company
- In coordination with the International Marketing team adapt international campaigns tolocal needs
- Developing new marketing materials
- Developing strategy on launching or relaunching Theramex products in
cooperation with the International Marketing team and the CEE Regional Head - Developing market strategy
- Join international PM meetings WebEx and teleconferences
- Coaching and training theSales Force team
- Double visiting with the Sales Force if needed
MinimumRequirements(Experience &Education)
- 2 4 years Product Management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Proven professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Poland
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy Biology Chemistry Medicine etc.)
- Proficient spoken and written English and Polish
- Field sales experience
