What does success look like
- As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative
- You will thrive in delivering a world class experience like no other ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Execute tattoos with precision showcasing the finesse of our fine line designs and ensuring a high standard of artistry.
- Establish a personal connection with customers actively listening to their preferences and providing a customised and memorable experience.
- Strong presence on the shop floor actively sharing your expertise
- The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments
- Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio as well as managing piercing supplies for your store
What would you like from me

- This role is suitable for any Tattoo Artistswith at least 2 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey
- You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
- Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
