Job Description
As a Product Designer at Intersolia youll collaborate closely with a product manager a fellow product designer and software engineers to build an impactful software product. Youll drive the design and scaling of our product applying UX principles to craft experiences that meet our customers needs. Responsibilities include creating user flows wireframes prototypes and other design assets ensuring the voice of our users is represented and that teams understand user interactions with our products.
Product Designer Responsibilities What will you do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Produce highquality UX solutions including flow diagrams wireframes prototypes and visual designs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsproduct managers designers developers and stakeholdersto align user needs software functionality and business objectives.
- Facilitate usability tests to refine designs and support datadriven design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems enhancing consistency across our product suite.
- Prepare design assets for technical implementation meeting all development standards.
- Contribute to the enhancement and organization of product documentation.
- Stay current on UI/UX trends techniques and industry best practices sharing knowledge within the team.
- Translate usage data user feedback and experimentation results into actionable design insights.
Product Designer Requirements What are we looking for
- 5 years as a Product and/or UX/UI Designer ideally in SaaS environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing usercentered visually polished digital experiences.
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept through completion aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Expertise in building and evolving scalable consistent design systems.
- Proficiency in usability testing with a datainformed approach to design improvement.
- Skilled in Figma HTML CSS (SCSS) and familiarity with iOS Android and Design Systems.
- Strong team collaborator with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective multitasking and timemanagement abilities with a capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in a Scrum/Agile workflow.
- Empathydriven problemsolving approach.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design interaction design and information architecture.
- Practical experience in UX research and testing with knowledge of user research methodologies.
