Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Food Technology Teacher to join a school in Coventry starting immediately. This is a fulltime position and applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

As the Food Technology Teacher youll be teaching KS3 and KS4 students delivering lessons that combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills in food preparation cooking and nutrition. Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all students is key to this role.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Food Technology Teacher for KS3 and KS4
  • QTS or PGCE
  • Degree in Food Technology Home Economics or a related field
  • Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 (desirable but not essential for ECTs)

Salary
The salary for this position will be paid according to the MPS/UPS scale depending on experience.
